RETURN

• Submit your specific return reasons in the email to raise a refund request.
• Return Request will be handled in the email customerservice@aladdinrugs.com.au
• Returns of products purchased on aladdinrugs.com.au must be made within 5 days of placing the order. We require that all returned items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached. Your return must be postmarked within 3 days after return request approval.
• The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the return parcel is received and checked.

EXCHANGES

• To begin your exchange, submit the specific item information you want to exchange in the email.
• Return Request will be handled in the email customerservice@aladdinrugs.com.au
• Exchanges of products purchased on aladdinrugs.com.au must be made within 5 days of placing the order. • Customers need to bear all the exchange shipping fees.

CANCEL

• Order within 12hrs can be cancelled freely.
• A handling fee would be charged for orders within 12-48hrs, whose amount is 15% of the order amount.
• Orders over 48 hours cannot be cancelled.
• Submit your specific cancel reasons in the email to raise a cancel request.
• Cancel Request will be handled in the email customerservice@aladdinrugs.com.au
• The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the cancel request is approved.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• If the product is not damaged or mis-sent, customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping, however, we do not charge return handling fees.
• Please DO NOT make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
• To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags, attached.
• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• The discount order or used Items can not be returned or exchanged.
• Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
• Aladdin Rugs AU reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
• Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to (i) the original shipping fee charged from the refund, and also (ii) a handling fee, whose amount is 15% of the order amount.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

The courier companies we use offer 'ATL' (Authority To Leave). This means that you may have them leave the rug somewhere safe if you will not be at home at time of delivery.
Once the rug has been delivered to you, we are unfortunately not able to assist in the event of your rug being stolen or going missing.

We ship rugs daily to all metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. We also cover all outside metro areas within NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA and ACT.

Delivery to below post codes are not included in free shipping and will be charged based on weight and dimensions and distance. Please contact us for freight charges before placing order.

Delivery times will vary, but the following information provides an estimate of delivery times throughout Australia from time of dispatch:

SYDNEY RUG DELIVERY

Rugs delivered to Sydney generally take 2-4 business days and within New South Wales 2-7 business days after dispatch.

MELBOURNE RUG DELIVERY

With similar delivery times to Sydney, Melbourne generally take 2-4 business days and within Victoria will arrive 2-7 business days after dispatch. 

BRISBANE RUG DELIVERY

Rug orders made from within Brisbane, Queensland are also speedy - taking on average 3-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Brisbane up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

ADELAIDE RUG DELIVERY

Rug orders made from within Adelaide, South Australia are also speedy - taking on average 3-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Adelaide up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

PERTH RUG DELIVERY

Rugs delivered to Western Australia will take longer than usual - as these rugs are coming from Sydney. Even so, we use the fastest mode of land transport available and your rugs should arrive in Perth sooner than regional WA averaging about 7-14 business working days from dispatch. 

NORTHERN TERRITORY RUG DELIVERY

Rugs as expected to NT can take up to 14 business days from date of dispatch.
